Build Microsoft Excel financial models for new businesses and more established businesses in recreational timesharing, agriculture and geo-demographic data manipulation. Assignments have been in partnership with well known consulting companies or on a free lance basis.

Teach finance and human resource management to approximately 90 academics and mid level executives in China. Using the case method, this volunteer assignment with CESO (Canadian Executive Services Organization) was both a teaching assignment and a knowledge transfer to Chinese academics who had limited experience with business case studies.

Identify sources of financing to fund a $500,000 real estate transaction, prepare a two year business plan and cash flow, negotiate with financial institutions and assist in recording the transaction and related intercompany charges (see Testimonials)
